Brenda Beye has been in the real estate business for over 15 years. In 1995, Brenda and her husband bought an undeveloped homestead on Lake Glenville.
In 2005, Brenda joined the Trillium Links and Lake Club team as a sales executive. Her natural affinity for people has given her an extensive network of friends and contacts in the area. Her background in finance and her personal experiences in relocating here make her a valuable asset to prospective buyers. Upon discovering The Landings (then Signal Ridge), they immediately bought a membership. Within three years they became full time residents.
Brenda became the owner and broker-in-charge of Trillium Land & Realty Company in 2014, specializing in properties in the Trillium Links and Lake Club community.
