“Sharing the dramatic natural beauty and casually sophisticated lifestyle of the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau with my clients is a special privilege. Whether it is an exclusive club experience, in-town living, or a peaceful mountain retreat, our destination offers distinct vacation and year-round living offerings. It would be my pleasure to introduce them to you, and together locate an ideal property for you and your family."
From childhood summer visits to today’s all-season happenings, Stephanie and her family have always embraced the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau’s elevation and lifestyle. The Central Florida native frequented the area growing up; these mountains were always a favorite destination. When she and her husband began looking for a vacation home – which turned into a full-time adventure -- she knew just where to come.
Stephanie's commitment to the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau goes beyond her role as a real estate broker. As a full-time resident for many years and a local broker for more than a decade, she can provide unique insight into the area. She has been a transformative leader of the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce, working to ensure prosperity and responsible growth in our communities. Her involvement in the Highlands-Cashiers Health Foundation, the Jackson County Tourism Development Authority, and the County’s Comprehensive Transportation and Planning Committees further demonstrates her dedication to the community.
Stephanie’s professional background includes work in Orlando, Jacksonville and Washington, DC in legislative and public affairs and the travel and tourism industry. Wherever her home, she always has been active in supporting local charities. Her husband, Bill, and she have three sons, all of whom are outdoor enthusiasts.
“My most cherished memories are times with friends and family gathered for recreation and relaxation right here in Western North Carolina. I can think of no better setting than the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau for all celebrations!” Her passion for the area is infectious, and she is eager to share her knowledge.
